This 82 Multi-Family unit project proposes to be a beacon for young professionals looking to be close to downtown Berkley while providing a quiet environment by being off the down town strip. Project highlights include multiple open spaces via the use of roof decks, 68 parking spaces in a basement garage, 67 bike parking spaces, a dog park and a parklet at the ground level. The project will have two live-work units and over 1,800 square feet of retail at the ground level.
